Prepare the Package
Carefully place the unworn garments in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and protective seals remain intact.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely attach it to the exterior of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier and retain your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
